Wednesday 10th April - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night as scheduled across all four divisions which is excellent to see.

In the Premier League, Worcester Saints earned a decisive victory against UP THE ALMA, finishing with an impressive 8-1 scoreline. Coral FC narrowly edged out Gangsters Allardyce 2-1, while Mia KhaFifa suffered a 4-2 defeat at the hands of Lucozade Sports. 6 Lads 1 Cup V2 also recorded a 4-2 win against Chewbacca The Net.

The stakes rose in Division 1, where Nag Shuts FC fell short against Wednesday Social, losing 5-2. Leavemyarsealona pulled off a stunning 20-3 victory against Skylas Best Friends List. Nunnery Wood Veterans kept a clean sheet against Tupsley FCC, winning 4-0. Enter Team Name FC secured a 3-1 win against Claines FC.

Over in Division 2, Expecting Toulouse conceded 3 goals to none against Murder On Zidane’s Floor. Sporting Bad Haircuts edged out Bley You Off The Park 4-3, while Paris Ganja Man shut out Perdiswell Lynx 4-0. Ice Ice Babies also won their match, recording a 5-2 victory against Monner United.

In Division 3, Boca Seniors defeated Severn Wasters 4-1. Tolly Bashers emerged victorious against Bench Warmers FC 3-1, and Unathletico Madrid came out on top against The Cherry Charvas 10-5. STUDS ON STUDS secured a 4-0 win against Gotta Die For 3 Pints.
