Wednesday 1st May - Worcester Round Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week which saw all 32 teams in attendance for their matches across the four divisions, and some well competed matches played.

The Premier League witnessed an impressive comeback for the Nunnery Wood Veterans, who edged out UP THE ALMA 4-2. Lucozade Sports dug deep to secure a narrow 1-0 victory over Coral FC, while Worcester Saints showcased their offensive prowess in a dominant 12-4 win against Mia KhaFifa. Gangsters Allardyce delivered a composed performance to down Wednesday Social 4-1.

In Division 1, Injured FC defeated Enter Team Name FC 7-3, while Leavemyarsealona recorded a clean sheet in a 2-0 win over Ice Ice Babies. Paris Ganja Man registered a 3-1 victory over Notinyamoms Forest, and Claines FC outclassed Rauol Madrid with a whopping 8-0 scoreline.

Division 2 saw Monner United triumphing over Skylas Best Friends List 6-2, while Murder On ZIdanes Floor and Tolly Bashers shared points in a 2-2 draw. Boca Seniors outsmarted Sporting Bad Haircuts 4-1, and Expecting Toulouse won a closely contested match against Tupsley FCC 5-3.

In the Division 3, Chewbacca The Net secured a 4-2 victory over Severn Wasters, and Unathlectico Madrid pulled off a 4-1 win against Bley You Off The Park. Perdiswell Lynx dominated Bench Warmers FC 6-2, while STUDS ON STUDS managed to eke out a 1-0 win against The Cherry Charvas.
