Wednesday 27th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance barring Real Mature, who have now been removed from the league.

We welcome new team Chewbacca The Net into the league as a replacement for the above, and wish these good luck going into their first game on Wednesday 3rd April.

In the Premier League division, Coral FC triumphed over Mia KhaFifa in a 5-2 victory. While Lucozade Sports dominated with a stunning 14-1 win against 6 Lads 1 Cup V2. UP THE ALMA clinched a well-fought 5-3 victory against Gangsters Allardyce.

Division 1 wasn't short of excitement either. Leavemyarsealona narrowly defeated Enter Team Name FC in a 4-3 showdown. Wednesday Social edged Claines FC 2-1, while Nunnery Wood Veterans upset Nag Shuts FC with a 4-2 win. In a close match, Tupsley FCC secured a 4-3 win over Skylas Best Friends List.

In Division 2, Paris Ganja Man overcame Expecting Toulouse 3-1. Monner United triumphed 3-1 against Perdiswell Lynx, while Ice Ice Babies sneaked past Bley You Off The Park 1-0. Sporting Bad Haircuts secured a 2-0 victory against Murder on Zidanes Floor.

Finally, in Division 3, The Cherry Charvas edged out Severn Wasters 1-0. Boca Seniors triumphed 3-0 against Gotta Die For 3 Pints, and Tolly Bashers had a convincing 7-2 win over STUDS ON STUDS.
