Wednesday 4th October - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was a fantastic start to the new season in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league at Sixways this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across all four divisions and some superb matches played!

In the Premier League, ARROWXL FC outscored Wednesday Social with a 3-1 victory, while Coral FC narrowly defeated Ooo Aah Slavia 4-3 in a thrilling match. Lucozade Sports kicked off their season with an impressive 4-1 victory over CottageMixedGrill FC, and Dales Sixes started off strong with a 2-1 win against Enter Team Name FC.

Division 1 saw some intense action, with UP THE ALMA claiming a 2-0 victory over Paris Ganja Man. Nunnery Wood Veterans dominated Claines FC with a 5-3 win, while Expecting Toulouse managed a tight 2-1 victory over Nag Shuts FC. The nail-biter between Leavemyarsealona and Gangsters Allardyce ended with Leavemyarsealona emerging as victors with a scoreline of 3-2.

In Division 2, Bley You Off The Park triumphed over Unathlectico Madrid with a 4-2 win. Tupsley FCC secured a 3-1 victory against Monner United. Sporting Bad Haircuts and Perdiswell Lynx also entered the winning column, defeating Murder On Zidanes Floor and PT Football respectively.

For Division 3, it was a goal fest as Misfits FC annihilated Meat Batch with a staggering 10-0 scoreline. Ice Ice Babies also enjoyed a comfortable 5-0 win over Severn Wasters. Gotta Die For 3 Pints outscored Worcester 69ers 6-2, while the match between STUDS ON STUDS and Bench Warmers FC ended in a 2-2 draw.
