6 A SIDE FOOTBALL IN BURY ST EDMUNDS
We returned to Monday night action in Bury St Edmunds last night after a Bank Holiday enforced two week break and all our teams were delighted to get their boots back on and resume our season of 6 a side with week 2 of the campaign. Most of our team were ready to go and there were some great matches, all overseen by Brian and his team of refs. Here's a quick look back at what took place at Skyliner last night.
PREMIER LEAGUE
Molewall who are new to the league this season have made a great start in picking up maximum points so far, they won 3 - 2 this week against Notinyourmumsforest while defending chmpions Ann Spank were held to a 1 - 1 draw by Chicken Tikka Mo Salah. AC had a points win because of the late withdrawal of Candyshop and Cunch O Bunts secured a 5 - 0 win over Titus Shambles.
DIVISION ONE
Struijk My Koch made it 2 wins from two and are yet to concede a goal in Division One. They breezed past Klopping Cheeks this week 9 - 0 while Hello You Kante joined them in top spot after a solid 5 - 2 win against Double Pogba & Coke. Innocent Till Proven Gylfi picked up a 6 - 1 win against Charlesberg and in one of the games of the night Unathletico battled out a 3 - 3 draw with Jewventus.
DIVISION TWO
Only Harry's Helmuts maintained a winning start in Division Two and they were made to work hard for it. Just edging past Maradonna Kebab 4 - 3 to go top of the division. Stuck In started their journey with a points win as Tuddenham pulled out late in the day and Son of a Pitches got the better of Sainsbury's Slappers 4 - 0. Klopps and Robbers also picked up a good win with a 5 - 3 score against Brian Munich.
