The much-anticipated Bury St Edmunds Monday Football League launched its new season with a brilliant display of talent and teamwork. The inaugural matches of the season in the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions showcased fierce competition among the teams.

Premier League

6 Buhs 1 Ball delivered an impressive performance against NotinyourmumsForest with a 2-0 victory. Snortin Lisbon also stood out, convincingly defeating Klose But No Cigar with a commanding 9-2 scoreline.

Division 1 

Was equally intense. The Salahban demonstrated their prowess, scoring four goals and keeping a clean sheet against Bulldogs OGs. Molewall also dominated the field with a 5-0 victory over Batty Ballers FC. An intense battle was seen between Leavemearsealona FC and Romasexuals, ending in a 6-4 victory for Leavemearsealona FC.

Division 2

Exeter Gently and Game Set And Snatch had a close game, with the latter team edging out a 2-1 win. Net-Felix And Chill and For The Badge both showcased their offensive skills, ending in a high-scoring draw at 6-6. Queens Park Raisins overcame Inter Mivan with a 6-3 scoreline.

As the season has just kicked off these initial matches set the bar high for the coming weeks. The top scorers' list is yet to be established, but if the first week is anything to go by, fans can expect an explosive season filled with high-scoring games, dramatic comebacks and nail-biting matches.
