In a thrilling week 6 of the Bury St Edmunds Monday 6-a-side Football League, teams across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions produced a spectacle of energetic and strategic plays, which led to some surprising results.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In Premier League, Molewall secured a narrow victory against Snortin Lisbon with a 2-1 scoreline, in what was an intense and closely contested match. Klose But No Cigar managed to outwit NotinyourmumsForest in a remarkable 3-2 victory, demonstrating their high scoring prowess to move to the top of the table. In another tight game Bulldogs OGs pick up a 1-0 win over James Mays Marching Powder to boost their survival chances.
DIVISION ONE
Division 1 was a showcase of goal-fest as Mung Rovers FC ran riot against Expected Toulouse, hitting the back of the net nine times while keeping a clean sheet. Leavemearsealona FC and For The Badge produced a thrilling fixture, which saw the former emerge victorious with a 5-3 win.
DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, Inter Mivan clinched a hard-fought victory against Batty Ballers FC with a 3-2 scoreline. Romasexuals triumphed over Game Set And Snatch 3-1, while Queens Park Raisins outclassed Moreton Men Wanderers 6-2.
The thrilling set of matches in week 6 has set the tone for an exciting end to the Bury St Edmunds Monday 6-a-side Football League season. With teams eager to climb the ladder and secure their positions, we can look forward to more action-packed football in the coming weeks.
