Monday Night 6 a side from Skyliner - Bury St Edmunds

We had another great night down at Skyliner last night for week 5 of our season of 6 a side in Bury St Edmunds

All our 18 teams were there as usual, and some great games were played. Check out the highlights of this week’s games below. 

PREMIER LEAGUE

Anne Spank got the better of Chicken Tikka Mo Salah 8 - 3 thanks to hat-tricks from Cam Nicholls and Kieran Twinn, a result that allowed AC to open up a point gap at the top of this feircly competitive premier division with their 7 - 2 win over Titus Shambles. James Parker - Clayton doing most of the damage with a fine hat-trick. There was an excellent 2 - 2 draw between Double Pogba and Innocent Till Proven Gylfi to give Gulfi their 1st point of the season and leave Pogba 4th, 

DIVISION ONE

It was all really tight in Division One this week with only a single goal the difference in all 3 games. Jewventus beat Maradonna Kebab 3 - 2 with a hat-trick from Owen Decarteret and it was the same score for Candyshop over SYM to send them top and leave SYM in the danger zone at the bottom of the table. Mean Machine dropped their 1st points of the season, going down 1 - 0 to Struijk My Koch.

DIVISION TWO

The tight games continued in Division Two with Unathletico edging past Charlesberg 2 - 1 to share the lead in the division with Hello You Kante who also won, 3 - 2 their score over Harry's Helmuts who sit 4th while at the bottom there was an excellent 1st win for Tuddenham Tornados over Son of a Pitches, the goals shared around in the 4 - 1 win to earn a crucial 2 points for them.
