NEW BURY ST EDMUNDS MONDAY 6 A SIDE SEASON KICKS OFF

The Bury St Edmunds Monday 6-a-side Football League is off to an exhilarating start, with teams across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions showcasing impressive performances.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League, Snortin Lisbon and Anne Spank played a hard-fought game, ending in a 4-4 draw, with the league's Most Valued Player, Ethan Mayhew from Snortin Lisbon, unleashing a stellar performance. The match between Molewall and Chicken Tikka Mo Salah ended in a staggering 10-3 victory for the latter. Craig Defoe of Chicken Tikka Mo Salah led the goal-scoring charts with four goals, setting an ambitious pace for the rest of the season.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, NotinyourmumsForest triumphed over Brian Munich with a scoreline of 9-4. Klopps And Robbers secured a 6-3 win over Expected Toulouse, and Haven't Jota Clue came out on top with a 7-3 victory over For The Badge. James Larder of Haven't Jota Clue was the top scorer in Division 1, contributing three goals to his team's winning tally.

DIVISION THREE

In Division 2, Bury United Sixes demonstrated their football prowess with an 11-1 win against SRB. Sainsburys Slappers edged out FGM FC in a closer contest, emerging victorious with a 3-1 scoreline. Dec from Bury United Sixes took the honours of the top scorer with four goals.

As the season has just begun, the teams have set a high standard of play. We eagerly anticipate the coming weeks, where we will witness more exceptional footballing skills, strategic play and riveting competition.
