The Bury St Edmunds Tuesday 6-a-side Football League entered its 8th week last night, providing sports enthusiasts with high-intensity matches filled with exhilarating performances and an astounding number of goals.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League division, Dickins Cider FC scraped past The Cleaners in a thrilling 4-3 victory. Meanwhile, Quaresma Balls outplayed Brass Bandits 3-1. Molester City and Mums Hot Sociedad also recorded wins against Rise And Grind and Molewall respectively, with Molester City's 6-5 victory reflecting the high-octane nature of the competition. The Cleaners' Fin Leighton stood tall as the top scorer of the division, notching up 2 crucial goals.

DIVISION ONE

Moving to Division 1, the competition heated with Athletic Bilbarrow edging past Heath Team 3-2, while Jewventus triumphed over FC Young Boys with a 3-1 scoreline. Dunk N Donuts and Cougar Choppers also emerged victorious in their matches, with Cougar Choppers' Olly Stacey claiming the top scorer spot for the division with an impressive 5 goals.

DIVISION TWO

In Division 2, Moreton Men City narrowly defeated Barely Athletico 5-4, and Chicken Tikka Mo Salah put on a stunning performance to beat Silva Surfers 6-0. Expected Toulouse and Two Girls One Klopp ended in a 2-2 draw, whereas Hungry Hippos overcame Goal Diggers 2-1. The division's top scorer was Josh Marks from Chicken Tikka Mo Salah with 3 goals in the match.

Amongst all the fantastic performances, Athletic Bilbarrow's Max Harrison stood out, earning the title of the most valued player for the week, a testament to his remarkable contribution to his team's success.
