As the Bury St Edmunds Tuesday 6 A Side Football League kicked off its new season,  a spectacular display of talent and sportsmanship was on show. 

Premier League
In the Premier League division, the opening week saw some high scoring games. Dickins Cider FC emerged victorious over The Cleaners with a score of 5-3. Leading the charge was Tommy Wright, who showed his prowess by netting three goals in the match, earning him the title of top scorer in the Premier League for the week.

Division 1 
In Division 1, the action was equally thrilling. Cougar Choppers displayed their dominance by routing Moreton Men United with an impressive 13-1 victory. Olly Stacey from Cougar Choppers was the standout player, scoring a total of four goals. His exceptional performance earned him the accolade of Most Valued Player of the week.

Division 2
The intensity continued in Division 2 as well. A nail-biting match between Moreton Men City and Barely Athletico ended 4-3, in favor of Moreton Men City. Meanwhile, a resilient performance by Hungry Hippos resulted in a 4-4 draw against Goal Diggers. The division's top scorer of the week was Robson from Hungry Hippos, who managed to find the back of the net twice.

As the season has just begun, these players and teams have set the bar high. Their performances have laid the foundation for what promises to be an exciting and competitive season. With such a thrilling start, teams are eagerly looking forward to the next round of matches in the Bury St Edmunds Tuesday 6 A Side Football League.
