The Bury St. Edmunds Tuesday 6 a side Football League saw another eventful week in its seventh week of the season. The drama, passion, and excitement were palpable as teams in the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions battled it out.
Premier League
In the Premier League, Haven't Got A Kalou gave a commanding performance, Moreton Men United with a striking score of 10-4. Alfie Bedingham, the leading scorer for Haven't Got A Kalou, stole the limelight, tallying an impressive total of 5 goals. Mums Hot Sociedad and Quaresma Balls ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw, as did The Cleaners and Jewventus, keeping their division standings tight and unpredictable.
Division 1
Division 1 saw just as much action with Heath Team beating Giroud Sandstorm 3-1 and Athletic Bilbarrow registering a close win over FC Young Boys with a 2-1 victory. Sam Emerson, the league's most valued player for the week, showcased his skills for Athletic Bilbarrow. Molester City dominated Lads On Toure with a 10-4 win, and Luke Bennett of Molester City emerged as the top scorer, having netted 3 goals. Dickins Cider FC managed a narrow 1-0 victory against Cougar Choppers.
Division 2
Moving on to Division 2, Expected Toulouse narrowly beat Dunk N Donuts 5-4, while Chicken Tikka Mo Salah fell to Hungry Hippos in a 2-1 defeat. Goal Diggers were overcome by Roughamready 3-1. The match of the night was Moreton Men City against Barely Athletico, with a high scoring match ending 7-6 in favor of Barely Athletico. Aidan Stibbs from Moreton Men City topped the division scoring chart with 5 goals.
