In a thrilling week 9 of the Bury St Edmunds Tuesday Football League, teams in the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions battled it out on the pitch with remarkable results.

Premier League
In the Premier League, the Cougar Choppers and Quaresma Balls kicked off the excitement in a tight encounter. The Choppers eventually managed to edge out their opponents with a 7-5 victory in a high scoring clash that kept everyone on their toes. In another fixture, Molewall demonstrated their dominance with a convincing 6-2 victory over Dickins Cider FC, showcasing their prowess in the league.

Division 1
Over in Division 1, the games were equally gripping. Athletic Bilbarrow and Roughamready faced off in a fierce contest that saw Roughamready triumph with a narrow 2-1 win. The most high-scoring match of the day was between Two Girls One Klopp and Rise And Grind, which ended in a nail-biting 7-5 victory for Rise And Grind. Dunk N Donuts also made their mark by defeating Mums Hot Sociedad 5-0 in a completely one-sided game.

Division 2
The energy was just as intense in Division 2, where Barely Athletico dealt a solid 3-1 defeat to Moreton Men United. Moreton Men City turned the tables against Silva Surfers with a resounding 9-3 victory. Chicken Tikka Mo Salah and Hungry Hippos had a similar high-scoring match, but it was the Hippos that came out on top with a whopping 9-3 win. Heath Team also managed to get the better of Goal Diggers with a 2-0 victory.

While there were many exceptional players on the pitch, the top scorers for each division truly stood out. In the Premier League, the top scorer was a player from Molewall, in Division 1 it was a player from Rise And Grind, and in Division 2, a player from Moreton Men City took the honor.
