BURY TUESDAY 6 A SIDE - WEEKLY ROUND UP

We had another great night of 6 a side in Bury St Edmunds last night as our Skyliner venue was buzzing with excitement for round 8 of matches.

The top flight positions are mostly unchanged and B Team Old Boys now need just 2 points from their last two games to confirm the title. It was a big win for them this week against Mum's Hot Sociedad who will no doubt be looking forward to life in Div One next season after a tough campaign this time round. No Name are still right there with the leaders after a solid 5 - 1 win over Rafa Cakes while We Love A Bag moved to 3rd following their 5 - 3 win against Athletic Bilbarrow.

MH Rovers had a 5 - 0 win to stay clear at the top of Division One while The Royal Family moved to 2nd spot with a 6 - 4 win against Chavvy & Inyersister. 2 Girls 1 Schlupp remain in the bottom two despite their good 6 - 2 win over Leavemyarcelona. It looks like most things are sorted in this division with a couple of weeks to go but there is still a promotion position up for grabs.

Division Two is still a two horse race but games are running out for Symonds Army to catch the leaders Paris Ganga Man. Both sides won again this week, PGM coming out 5 - 2 winners against Touch Matip while Symonda Army helped their goal difference with an 8 - 1 win over USAUK FC. The biggest win of the night went to MourathatPlease who knocked up a 12 - 0 scoreline against Gangsters Allardyce to leapfrog them into 3rd place.

So 2 weeks to go now and still lots to play for ahead of the new expanded league which will kick off as soon as this one is completed. We have teams itching to get started so will defiantly be growing the divisions which is brilliant news for everyone involved.

Well done to all our teams this week and of course to our officials who do a great job week in week out.
