Eastbury Eagles stay top of Bury St Edmunds 6 a side

An excellent night of 6 a side football down at the Skyliner sports centre last night with all teams in attendance on a chilly evening.

At the top of the Premier League Eastbury Eagles continue to lead the way as the defeated AFC Cornhole 4-1 to stay a point clear of Athletic Bilbarrow who also picked up a win beating new team Bendtner Over 4-2. In the other game there was a rare 0-0 draw between Skillet Bang and Pique Blinders.

The top two in Div 1 are both odds on for promotion as they stay level on points with each other after more two wins which keeps them both 6 points clear of 3rd. Cockfield Sixes are top on goal difference after they squeezed past Failed Delivery 2-1 while Sheffield Tuesday had a more comfortable evening winning 11-2 against new team Greengos. In the other match Vikings moved up to 3rd place with a 6-3 victory over Good Ol Boys.

Thank you to all teams and see you next week
