ECS CHAMPIONS OF BURY ST EDMUNDS

The Bury St Edmunds Tuesday Football League culminated last night with all three pulsating divisions concluding their tenth and final week of the season. The Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 saw ECS, MH Rovers, and Real Madribble emerge as champions respectively.

In the Premier League clash, Herois Do Mar triumphed over Netsix And Chill with a score of 6-2, while ECS secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Leavemyarcelona. Barton Bashers and Athletic Bilbarrow ended in a gripping 2-2 draw. Owen Carr of ECS claimed the top scorer accolade for the Premier League this week, netting 2 goals.

In Division 1, MH Rovers dominated the pitch against Kloppy Seconds with an impressive 7-2 win. Mums Hot Sociedad blanked Earth Wind And Maguire 5-0, and in a nail-bitingly close match, 3leslie emerged victorious over Touch Matip 4-3. Finbar Rochford of MH Rovers was the standout performer, scoring an outstanding total of 4 goals and rightly earning the title of Most Valued Player of the week.

The Division 2 battle saw Man Cave United overcoming Barely Athletico 3-1. Real Madribble and Heath Team clashed in an intense 4-4 draw, while Dunk N Donuts pulled off a 3-1 win against Sheffield Tuesday. Heath Team's Deji Ogundipe was the top scorer in Division 2 with a total of 2 goals.

The final week of the season was a testament to the players' hard work, skill, and sportsmanship, with ECS, MH Rovers, and Real Madribble rightfully earning their crowns in their respective divisions.

Owen Carr takes the Premier League Golden Boot with 20 goals for ECS while Finbar Rochford claims the Division One award for MH Rovers with 22 goals. Heath Team's Deji Ogundipe tuck away 12 goals and he wins the Division Two Golden Boot for Heath Team. 

Our new season gets underway next Tuesday and hopefully we have another cracking campaign ahead.
