Pique Blinders go top of the Prem for Christmas

Thank you to all teams on a great year of 6 a side football down at the Skyliners Sports Centre as we rounded off the years fixtures last night before the Christmas break.

We have new leaders at the top of the Premier League for Christmas as Pique Blinders made it to the top for the festive season with a 6-0 win over Skillet Bang. Also moving on up are Eastbury Eagles who jump to second and are only behind Pique on goal difference after they won 5-3 against AFC Cornhole. Athletic Bilbarrow move into 3rd and just a point behind the leader after they had a 5-0 points match win due to Sporting not being able to attend at late notice.

Onto Div 1 and Cockfield Sixes top the tree at Christmas and look odds on for promotion this season as they defeated Failed Delivery 14-3 to make it 5 wins from 5. Sheffield Tuesday occupy the second promotion place at the moment and also look like a good bet for promotion as they sit 4 points ahead of 3rd place Gangstas Allardyce as they beat them 8-4. The Good Ol Boys returned to the league last night after being away for 3 weeks and returned with a bang winning 12-4 against AFC Vikings.
