Alfreton 6 a side: Latest News

The brand-new season in the best community 6 a side football league in Alfreton kicked off this week, and it was the Boot who put down an early marker, with a 6-0 win over Station Vets.

It’s great to see these teams in the Leisure Leagues family, and this is just the start. This league will going from strength to strength in the coming weeks.

We would like to thank everyone at Sleetmoor for their help and support in setting this league up. 

Teams will now be playing for a range of things, including a spot in the Leisure Leagues Prize Draw - which is incorporated into the Leisure Leagues Live TV Show, which is broadcast on social media on the first Tuesday of every month. 

That is for the future though, next week is all about league points!
