In a thrilling week 8 of the Alfreton Monday 6-a-side Football League, teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 battled it out on the pitch.

In the top-flight Premier League, ADASC Panthers and Station Vets couldn't break the deadlock, with both teams playing out a goalless draw. Crystal Bar Palace, on the other hand, registered a 4-2 victory over Six Offenders, showing great sportsmanship and team effort on the field.

In the Division 1 action, the game of the day saw Beating Chastards narrowly lose 3-4 against Robben You Blind, in a match overflowing with goals. Meanwhile, Bilkhu Originals showed no mercy against For Fuchs Sake, notching an impressive 5-0 clean sheet. Bull and Butchers FC battled hard for their close 3-2 win against FC Twente Pints, and FC Blush overpowered FC Farcelona with a 3-0 victory.

In Division 2, AFC Carling couldn't stand against the prowess of The Steampacket, which resulted in a 7-2 loss. FC Misfits were defeated 4-2 by Heanor FC while Rizzers In Paris triumphed over Full Kit Bankers with a 3-1 scoreline. In an exciting match, Green Team Blues outplayed Madiline Milan with a 5-2 victory.

After last week being a rather negative night, it was good to see all teams getting on and respecting the referees, we thanks all teams for your cooperation and hope this can continue for the unforeseeable.

The Alfreton Monday League continues to provide a competitive platform for local football enthusiasts, and we eagerly look forward to next week's matches.
