Title: Week 1 of Alfreton Monday Football League Kicks Off

The Alfreton 6-a-side Monday Football League launched its new season with a bang, with riveting matches in all four divisions - Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.

In the Premier League, Bad Badgers FC came out on top against Youngest In Charge FC with a scoreline of 5-2. Later on, Largentina pulled off a victory over Association Athletic with a 3-1 result. The league's top scorer in the Premier League was, unsurprisingly, a Bad Badgers FC player who netted three of their side's five goals.

Meanwhile, Division 1 saw a thrilling draw between Green Team Blues and Rack Em Yellaz, each team scoring three goals. The Steampacket edged Beating Chastards with a 2-0 win, and Sporting Abeergut managed to narrowly beat WarneHub Premium 4-3. The top scorer in this Division came from Sporting Abeergut, who bagged a hat trick amidst their winning efforts.

In Division 2, Bunting Bombers gave a dazzling performance against Borussia Teeth, thrashing them 8-1, while Cupid Stunts FC beat Bilkhu Originals 3-1. The top scorer belonged to Bunting Bombers, who scored an impressive four goals in their match.

Lastly, Division 3 witnessed Madiline Milan crushing Cunning Stunts FC with a whopping 9-1 victory. Codnor FC also had a successful outing against Sheep Thrills FC, winning 3-1. Madiline Milan's striker emerged as the top scorer for this division, netting five of the nine goals.
