New Paignton Sunday 6 a side league kicks off!

The inaugural week of the new season of the Paignton Sunday 6-a-side football league concluded last night, offering a thrilling spectacle for all the football enthusiasts. The league saw some remarkable matches, in the Premier League division.

PREMIER LEAGUE

The first game saw an electrifying game between Sixers and Btec Barca, which ended with Btec Barca clinching a 5-3 victory. The match was dominated by top scorer Harry Gaywood, who netted an impressive four goals for Btec Barca, ensuring their victorious start to the season.

In the following game, The Hangovers fired on all cylinders, overpowering Premier League Princesses with a scoreline of 6-2. This match showcased an array of talent, but one player stole the show - Reef Kirwen Babb of The Hangovers. Displaying exemplary skill and sportsmanship, Babb was unanimously crowned as the Most Valued Player of the week.

The Hangovers' robust performance, coupled with Babb's individual brilliance, has already set an exciting tone for the rest of the season. However, with the season just beginning, there is still ample opportunity for other teams to make their mark and challenge the early frontrunners in the Premier League division.
