In the opening week of the Spalding Monday 6-a-side football league, teams from four divisions battled it out on the pitch to mark the start of the season.

Super Fuzz Rangers Extreme couldn't secure their lead against Netherfields FC, losing 8-6. In a one-sided game, 360 No Pope trounced SL Green Party FC with a massive 9-0 victory.
