Swinton League Starts in 1 Week

Our Swinton 6 a side Monday league is just 1 week away. Please note a number of changes are to be made to ensure the safety of everyone on site. To keep our league running please ensure the following guidelines are met.

I would like to remind all, teams are being asked to pay for their fixtures online which needs to improve as we look to protect both staff and players at our leagues. 

Effective immediately, there is a new 'Pay For Games' feature meaning that it is no longer just the captain that has the option to pay for matches as it was previously. Watch the 'how to' video HERE. 

The brand new feature takes the pressure off the team captain by making it easier for each team to pay for fixtures: Want to take it in turns? No problem. Skipper working late and can’t make it? No hassle. It’s no longer just up to them to get all the money together.

One of the things we announced when we revealed our post-covid guidelines last month was that we requested as many teams as possible to pay online, as the virus has been found to live longer on surfaces such as money. So this new Anyone Can Pay feature reduces the need for you to carry cash, and the risk to players and Leisure Leagues staff.

St Ambrose Barlow have also asked us to implement the following whilst onsite

• Do Not attend if you have had symptoms in the past 10 days
• Maintain Social Distancing whilst not playing
• Do not arrive more than 10 mins before your games
• Allow access to the entrances to allow teams to vacate the pitch at the end of games
• No changing facilities will be open
• Access is available inside for toilet facility, hands must be washes
• Use hand sanitiser on entry and exit of the building
