Thursday 18th January - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only disappointment being DirtyRecordsArmy on only their third week in the league.  They'll be contacted and if they fail to return our calls will be removed and replaced with a new team.

The week’s most significant clash saw BJH Motors annihilate Nuns United with a staggering 14-0 victory. This high-octane performance was led by the league’s top scorer, Craig, who single-handedly netted six goals for BJH Motors, setting a new scoring record for this season. This impressive victory firmly positions BJH Motors as a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League division.

In another captivating match, WR2 Galacticos pulled off a hard-fought 10-7 victory against Tiny Todgers. The three-goal margin does not do justice to the fierce competition that occurred on the field, with both teams displaying commendable spirit and tenacity.

Top Boys also made their mark this week, scoring a decisive 8-2 victory over Charvas Yanited. What started off as a balanced battle soon turned into a one-sided affair, with Top Boys demonstrating superior tactical acumen and team coordination.

We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Worcester's premier providers of small sided football!
