Thursday 3rd February - Worcester St Johns Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 6 a side league with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played.

W.A.S stay at the top of the table after a 2-0 win over The Boys In The Striped Lallanas.  Real Sosobad and BJH Motors keep the pressure on though as they both picked up wins again this week.  Sosobad were 4-2 winners over 6 Lads 1 Cup and BJH Motors were narrow 2-1 winners against Bud Sweat & Beers.  Game of the night was undoubtedly the 12 goal thriller between Dontgiveafuchs and Tiny Todgers where they shared the spoils in a 6-6 draw.

We are delighted to see the league running as smoothly as it is at present and thank all teams for their continued commitment and reliability to ensure this is the case.
