SOUTHAMPTON - The second week of the Southampton Monday Premier League delivered thrilling action as four teams locked horns with each other, each with their unique ambitions and narratives for the season.

DoomBar-celona suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat against Gregory’s U16. In a closely contested battle, Gregory's U16 held onto their slender lead to walk away with the three points. A noteworthy achievement considering the tenacity of the DoomBar-celona squad.

In another fixture, Fellas FC put on a clinical display of football as they convincingly triumphed over Murder on Zidanes Floor with a 5-3 scoreline. Fellas FC's forward line showcased their lethal finishing ability, proving too much for the Murder on Zidanes Floor defence.

The game of the week however was Wicked Wanders shutting out Sporty Uncs FC with a commanding 4-0 win. This result served as a statement to the rest of the teams in the league. Wicked Wanders' display was a masterclass in both defense and attack, with their strikers firing on all cylinders and their defenders putting up a fortress at the back.

Unfortunately, we are not privy to the top scorers of the evening for the Premier League division, as of yet. However, based on the goal tally from the games, players from Fellas FC and Wicked Wanders are likely to be among the top goal-getters.

The thrilling fixtures of week 2 have set up an exciting stage for the rest of the season in the Premier League division.
