In the heart of Abbey Wood last night, the local 6 a side football league continued with its exciting third week of the season. The competition was fierce and the performances were breath-taking.

In the Premier League, Un-Athletico Madrid faced off against Boca Seniors in a match that will not be forgotten anytime soon. Boca Seniors demonstrated a masterclass in football, routing Un-Athletico Madrid with a decisive 7 - 2 victory. Their offensive prowess was on full display, dominating possession and creating numerous scoring opportunities. Nate of BOCA netting not one hattrick but TWO in a single match! Easily our Player of the week.

In another thriller of the Premier League, Long Lane Vets locked horns with Eversley Rangers Vets. In what turned out to be a nail-biting encounter, Long Lane Vets emerged victorious with a slim 5 - 4 win. The match was a showcase of end-to-end action that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats till the final whistle.

The night finished off with a friendly match between Longlands Vets and Un-Athletico Madrid. Another subline match where Longlands smashed their opponents 7-2.

In terms of individual performances, the top scorer of the Premier League was Nate from Boca Seniors, who netted an impressive SIX goals in their standout win over Un-Athletico Madrid.
