Play in the Wigan Sunday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an exciting week of football, the Wigan Sunday 6 a side football league continued with some thrilling matches played in the Premier League. The teams showed great skill and determination, putting on an impressive display of football. Unfortunately, Stag4one FC did not show up and Pink Sloths had also cancelled this week leaving the organisers scrambling for fixtures for opponents. Please can we remind all teams that you do need to give 7 days notice to cancel any of your fixtures to avoid payment and this also gives the organisers enough time to organise fixtures for opponents. 

In the end, the results left Bumfica, Kevin De Flection and Merrin’s XI sitting comfortably at the top of the table, proving their worth as the strongest teams in the league. The other teams would need to up their game if they hope to challenge them for the top spot.

Overall, it was a great week for the Wigan Sunday 6 a side football league, with players already eagerly anticipating the next round of matches.
