Wigan Sunday weekly news from the 12th of Nov.

Another fantastic evening of Football at our Wigan Sunday 6 aside league held at St Peters Catholic High School with all teams in attendance except for Wincanton fc. Although they also didn't turn up last week, they contacted us to state they would be back but have let us and their opponents down again and thus will be removed from the league. We do have teams on the waiting list so should be able to get the spaces filled by Sunday.

Despite the one no show, we still had some fantastic games including a 3-2 win for CHEB FC against Bumfica, a 6-1 win for Stag4one FC against DTL and a 3-0 win for Fred Devils against Kevin De Flection. 

Although we will be losing a team, we are still looking to extend the league with a couple of teams on the waiting list already. If you and your friends are interested in joining, please register your team details on our website today.
