A fantastic night of action in the Stourbridge Over 35s Monday League with some fantastic games played through the night and everyone in attendance as expected.

The game of the evening in the Premier League was the game between two teams that know each other well now 'Boca Seniors' and 'Athletico Arthritico'. Two teams with a title challenge on there minds this season ran each other close but it was 'Athletico Arthritico' that came away with the 3-2 win in the end. 2nd place and still unbeaten to start the season they will be looking to regain that title this season, next up 'Misfits FC'.

Division One game of the night was the closely contested between 'FC Crystal' and 'Pablo Hit the Bar'. Eight goals and some fantastic football throughout but it was 'FC Crystal' who ran out as 5-3 winners in the end. Second on goal difference after week two, can they keep the unbeaten start going against 'Barely Athletic' next week?

The team of the week for this week is 'Boca 20' as they ran out comfortable winners over 'Del Bosque FC'. Two wins from two to start the season and are looking good for the season ahead. With them facing rivals 'Boca Seniors' next it will be interesting to see who will come out on top.
