A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Stourbridge Over 35s League with all teams in attendance as expected and some fantastic games played throughout.

Game of the night in the Premier League was the first game of the night to start the new season as 'Mirage United' drew 1-1 against 'Boca 2.0'. With this game being so closely contested these two teams will look forward to playing each other next time around due to the great game it was. We are sure they will be battling it out for places throughout the season.

Game of the night in Division One was the game between 'Boca' and 'Del Bosque FC' with 'Boca' running out 4-3 winners in an excellent end-to-end game where neither side could have guessed who was to win! 'Boca' should take this confidence into the rest of the season and continue performing. 'Del Bosque FC' will also feel positive coming out of the match having played well also.

The team of the week is given to 'FC Crystal' as they beat their opponents with a sensational team performance to put them second of the Premier League  after week one of the season! This is a great start, and they will be looking to continue the good start against 'Athletico Arthritico' next week.
