ANOTHER GREAT NIGHT IN BRIERLEY HILL!

Great to see some wonderful games played during the night in the Brierley Hill Monday League. It was however very disappointing that 'The Saints FC' were unable to fulfil their fixture. Thhe league has been in contact with there team captain today and they have confirmed that they will be back next week and ready to go. It is paramount that all teams are present for each and every fixture and if not try their hardest to contact the area manager in a sufficient amount of time in order for the league to run smoothly and effectively each week. 

On more positive news, we welcomed new team 'Bugle FC' to the league who ran out 3-1 winners on there first night at the league. With plenty of time still to have an effect on the Premier Division it will be interesting to see how they get on in the weeks to come. We wish them all the best moving forward.

The feature in our game of the night in the Premier Division as there win against '6 Berks And A Turk' was the pick of the games. These two teams will be in the thick of the relegation battle as the season comes to an end so it will be interesting to see how much this result will effect the overall outcome of the league standings.

The Division 1 game of the night has to go to the top of the table clash between 'We Lose Every Week' and 'Dole Dossers F.C'. Two good teams that will be up at the top come the end of the season and a great game was played out. 'We Lose Every Week' showing how clinical they can be in order to come out on top, still only one point between them as we enter the second half of the season.

Team of the week goes to 'Man Chest Hair United', with a good win over 'Stourbridge Hornets FC' they have now gone third in the league, a strong position to be in at this stage. Next week they second in the league 'Puyol Pants Down', who will be looking to bounce back from their poor showing this week.
