CHANGE AT THE TOP OF BOTH LEAGUES IN BRIERLEY HILL!!!

Another fantastic night of 6aside football in the Brierley Hill Monday League with all teams in attendance and accounted for. Unfortunately we did have some disciplinary issues in the game between 'We Lose Every Week' vs 'The Saints FC'. Josh Conlon was sent from the pitch for 'We Lose Every Week' after receiving two yellow cards for some unsportsmanlike conduct to the opposition which means he will be fined £20 and banned from the league for one week. It was also disappointing to see yellow cards for Jamie Brown for 'The Saints FC' and Callum Foley for 'We Lose Every Week' who have both been fined £10 each for unsportsmanlike conduct and a very bad foul respectively. It is important that all teams remain within the rules of the league and it is important to remember that any disciplinary issues will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly.

On more positive news, game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the last game of the night between Man Chest Hair United and former league leaders Puyol Pants Down, yes it's the same game as last week but Man Chest Hair United managed to go one better than last week and beat the long time league leaders and send shocks through the league. With two weeks to go can Puyol Pants Down recover and get there league lead back and how high can Man Chest Hair United finish.

The game of the night in Division One was between the top two at the start of the night Peter Beardsley and Bayer Neverlosen FC. Peter Beardsley are really starting to show there class and with two games against two bottom half teams to go they look good for possible champions material. On another note Bayer Neverlosen FC are up against 3rd placed Baz VS with the winner in pole position for promotion, good luck to both teams!

Team of the week for this week is Borrussia MunchYourDadsSack. After weeks and weeks of being really close to getting any points out of the games they have played they finally showed there class and ran out 3-0 winners against Dole Dossers F.C. This can only be a positive thing with the new season approaching think and fast.

The league is now full for the new season that starts Monday 10th September 2018! However, sign up today to take a space on the waiting list and take part in the best league in your area!
