FIVE GAMES TO GO IN THE BRIERLEY HILL MONDAY LEAGUE!!!

Once again a brilliant night in the Brierley Hill Monday 6aside League with all teams in attendance as expected.

The Premier Division game of the week this week goes to the closely fought game between 'Dudley Warriors' VS 'Lets Get Messi', a close and tight affair between two teams that have played each other a few times now with 'Lets Get Messi' getting the best of there opponents this time round and recording the 3-1 win. With this win they climb up to 4th in the league from 7th which shows how tight and interesting this league has become with 5 short weeks to go.

With three high scoring draws it is very difficult to pick a game of the night in Division One as all four games were very good but it is going to the 2-2 between previous league leaders 'AC McCann' and 'West Midlands United F.C.'. Two weeks ago 'AC McCann' were clear of the rest and looking good for being champions, however 3 points dropped in the last two weeks sees them drop to second because of a fantastic performance by a team chasing 3rd this season. With five games to go who will come out on top in the race for the Division One title? 

Following their win above and climbing within 1 point of 3rd place in the league 'Lets Get Messi' are our team of the week. The team are really pushing on this season and seem to grow in confidence each week, can they keep this type of performance going and hold onto a top half finish?
