FOUR GAMES TO GO IN BRIERLEY HILL!!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Brierley Hill Monday League with all teams in attendance and accounted for. Unfortunately we did have one disciplinary issue in the game between 'AC McCann' and 'Man Chest Hair United'. Asa Woodfield from 'AC McCann' was sent off for a reaction to challenge in his game, he has been fined £20 and been given a one week ban because of this. It is important that all teams remain within the rules of the league and it is important to remember that any disciplinary issues will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly.

On more positive news, we welcome 'Crumptons Firm' to the league for there first game, they had a very high scoring 3-3 draw to start life in the league. Good luck in future weeks boys.

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week has to go to the top of the table clash between 'Dudley Warriors' and 'Inter Mi'Bathams'. The league leaders were in a big hole when they found themselves 2-0 down early on but fought back to take a 4-2 victory. 3 points clear with 4 games left means that 'Dudley Warriors' are looking more and more like champions each week, next week they played 3rd placed 'That Peter Crouch Team'.

The game of the night in Division One was between 'Notting Yourmumsforest' and 'West Midlands United FC'. Either team could have won the game with multiple chances spurned by both teams however it ended up being a good old Desmond Tutu and leaves everything as it was before the game kicked off. Next week for 'Notting Yourmumsforest' is 'We Don't Give A Flying Duck FC', 'West Midlands United F.C.' have top of the table 'Exeter Gently', as they look to go closer to promotion.

Team of the week for this week is 'Puyol Pants Down'. Last seasons champions have found it tough going this season but are starting to put some results together with a good 4-3 win against their long term rivals 'That Peter Crouch Team'. Will either of these teams be able to influence the final outlook of the season with the fixtures they have left?
