Stourbridge Monday Football League Wraps Up Exciting Season with Week 14 Results

Stourbridge, 4/9/23 - The Stourbridge Monday Football League concluded its thrilling season with an action-packed Week 14. Teams from the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 battled it out on the pitch, displaying their skills and vying for victory.


In the Premier League, AFC Vexham dominated the field, securing a 4-0 victory against Cott Lane Colts. Meanwhile, Growler Out FC faced a tough challenge from Celta Allstars, who triumphed with an impressive 8-1 win. BBF United managed a narrow 1-0 victory over Haaland Globetrotters, while Unprotected Cesc emerged victorious with a 2-0 win against Wheres Your Man FC. 

Moving on to Division 1, Bayern Neverlosen and VI Inches Combined battled to a 2-2 draw, while Stourbridge Olympic secured a 2-0 win against Let The Game McGinn. Inter Mi'Bathams and This Is Plough We Do It fought to a thrilling 3-3 draw, with PSGeezas emerging triumphant with a 6-4 victory over West Midlands United F.C.

In Division 2, Baz Ball FC showcased their dominance, overwhelming Hickorys Allstars with a resounding 7-0 victory. Hwang Onasec secured a convincing 5-1 win over Piqué Blinders, while Madeline Milan triumphed with a 4-2 victory against Spignif Allstars. 

Division 3 saw some intense battles as well, with Athletic Dildao succumbing to a narrow 1-2 defeat against Ketamingolet. Slumdog Mingolet secured a well-deserved 2-0 win over Waggon Wonderers, while Still Trying FC emerged victorious with a dominant 4-0 win against We Don't Give A Flying Duck FC. Charlie Greg from LABEL FC stood out as the top scorer in Division 3, boasting an impressive tally of five goals.

As the final week of the season comes to a close, we congratulate the winners of each division. Celta Allstars clinched the Premier League title, PSGeezas emerged victorious in Division 1, Baz Ball FC reigned supreme in Division 2, and Slumdog Mingolet claimed the crown in Division 3.
