In an exhilarating week of football, the Stourbridge Monday 6-a-side Football League saw some high-octane match-ups across its six divisions. From thrilling goals to strategic game plans, it was a week of unforgettable performances.

In the Premier League Division, Celta Allstars stormed past Big Stiff Chip Butty with a staggering 8-1 victory, exceptional performances all around from Celta Allstars will give the team considerable title expectations! AFC Vexham also managed a narrow win against LABEL FC, while Wheres Your Man FC and Unprotected Cesc wrapped up their game in a 3-3 draw.

Moving into Division 1, De Jong Boys dominated the field with a 9-2 triumph over VI Inches Combined.  Elsewhere, Mirage United secured a 2-0 win against Any Chance B. Mirage United continue their promising start to the season and remained unbeaten. Baz Ball FC defeated Stourbridge Olympic 4-1, Baz Ball Fc continue their push to the promotion places as it continues to be tight at the top of the division.

In Division 2, drama unfolded as BBF United secured a close 3-2 win over AC MiBathams, both teams displayed emphatic performances however unfortunately for BBF United there could only be one winner. Piqué Blinders also left their mark with a clean sweep against Bayern Neverlosen as the final score was 3-0. Genoa Side and Reserve Squad V2 battled it out in a tight contest which saw a 1-1 draw unfold. 

Division 3 witnessed an epic battle between Borussia Munchenshadrack and Scran City, ending in a 7-5 scoreline in favour of Scran City. Waggon Wonderers displayed a thrilling attacking performance which resulted in a 4-1 victory against Paralympique Marseille. In a match that mirrored the prior Notting Yourmumsforest secured a 4-1 win against Athletic Dildao also. 

Division 4 saw a goal fest as Hwang Bang defeated Hickorys Allstars 5-0, thanks to an exciting team performance! A close encounter between Gylfi As Charged and Spignif Allstars led to a 6-4 victory for Gylfi as Charged. Finally, a 0-0 draw was played out between This Is Plough We Do It and Expected Toulouse. 

 Division 5 added to the mix of performances, with Peter Larsen Kaffe winning 3-2 against Still Trying FC. Unathletic Madrid provided a great team performance to wrap up a 4-1 victory against The Unbelievable Lads FC. Cott Lane Colts were clinical beating Danny Gs Henchmen 4-0.

The team of the week is given to Celta Allstars after their vital victory over Big Stiff Chip Butty to ensure they remain title contenders with close rivals Unprotected Cesc. Next week they face fourth-placed Label FC which will be an exciting encounter!
