In the world of Stourbridge Monday Football League, the ball, the sweat, and the cheers continue their momentum. The second week of the ongoing season saw a whirlwind of action across all divisions.

Unfortunately, we did have a number of non-attendances on the night, These teams were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them both this week in order to confirm their returns for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League, Pork Loin FC delivered an incredible performance, trouncing Fries.Bag.Now with a big scoreline. Celta Allstars and Chin N Tonic also claimed their wins this week against a respective Kford Rent Boys and Scran City. 

Division 1 saw AFC Gornal and Spignif Allstars taking their victories with aplomb, they both beat Wheres Your Man FC and Khedira Pin Drop respectively. 

Division 2 matches were no less exciting, with Past Our Prime, Surreal Madrid and Pint After sealing their wins, they all came out on top against Bunting Mental, Hwang Bang and Big Balls in their games.

In Division 3, Perrywoods Past & Present and Genoa Side had reasons to celebrate. With good wins over Get Up FC and Barely Athletic.

Meanwhile, in Division 4, Bakers Barmy Army, Talbot 6, Pathetico Madrid, and Danny Gs Henchmen reigned victorious. Commiserations to Del Bosque FC, Ketamignolet, Boca and Lads On Toure who were beaten. 

In Division 5, SPAFF IT FC, Rios Friday FC, and Expected Toulouse FC claimed the spoils. Claiming the bragging rights against ALAN FC, Cunning Stunts Unathletic and Team Pending. In he final game of the night, This Is Plough We Do It and Top Of The League drew 3-3.
