The Stourbridge Monday 6-a-side Football league concluded its final week of the season in a breathtaking display of sportsmanship, skill, and strategy

Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Boca were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them this week in order to confirm their return for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

We did also have an injury occur on the night in the game between Bakers Barmy Army and Talbot 6, Jon Start of Bakers Barmy Army broke his collar bone, This meant the game had to be abandoned on the night due to the severity of the injury. We are glad to hear he is recovering well and we wish him a speedy recovery.

We also had one team hand in their 7 days notice to cancel for this week, we look forward to welcoming Fries.Bag.Now next week!

In the Premier League division, Celta Allstars emerged as the champions of the season with a total of 28 points and 14 wins. The final match against Pork Loin FC ended with a thrilling 7-4 victory, cementing their place at the top of the league and ending their season without dropping a single point. The other matches on the night consisted of a good win for Kford Rent Boys against Scran City, which finished 5-2 to the former and a solid win for Chin N Tonic, who beat VI Inches Combined 3-1.

The Division 1 title was claimed by Wheres Your Man FC with an impressive 23 points and 11 wins, they ended their title winning season with a big win over LRC Litness. Khedira Pin Drop and Lamesburys United also shared the points, finishing 1-1. 

Surreal Madrid won the Division 2 championship with 24 points and 12 wins, although they suffered a 5-3 defeat against Bunting Mental on the final day. Hwang Bang ran out 4-1 winners after beating Openda Legs FC. Yatesys VI also triumphed by the same scoreline against Big Balls. Finally, Past Our Prime ended their season with a positive, beating Pint After 5-2.

Division 3 saw Genoa Side take home the trophy with 28 points and 14 wins, who ended their flawless season with a 3-2 victory over Bayern Neverlosen. Pique Blinders impressed fans on the night with a huge victory over Beres FC. While, Barely Athletic also had a big win beating Galastourary by a landlside. 

In Division 4, Talbot 6 emerged as the winners with 22 points and 10 wins. Danny Gs Henchmen finished their season with a strong victory over Pathetico Madrid. Lads On Toure also followed suit with a impressive win against Ketamignolet. 

And finally, in Division 5, FC RTG won the championship with a total of 21 points and 10 wins, they won on the last game week, beating Rios Friday FC 3-0. ALAN FC were also victorious with a tight 2-1 win over This Is Plough We Do It. It was all honors even as Expected Toulouse FC and Top Of The League drew 1-1. Finally, Cunning Stunts Unathletic beat SPAFF IT FC 4-3.
