TWO GAMES TO GO IN THE BRIERLEY HILL MONDAY LEAGUE!!!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Brierley Hill Monday League with all teams in attendance and accounted for and some very tight games played throughout.

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the game between new boys 'Lets Get Messi' and 'Man Chest Hair United'. A very tight and even game could have gone either way but was decided with a very late goal and 'Lets Get Messi' coming out on top 2-1. With this result it means 6 teams go into the last two weeks of the season with relegation as a possibly, who will the two teams be in those positions come the end of the season?

The first game of the night in Division One between 'AC McCann' and 'Baloteletubbies' was the best of the night. 12 goals in one game and the points being shared made for a brilliant start to the evening. Both teams sit at each end of the table and have shown how close the league is. Congratulations to both 'AC McCann' and 'Crumptons Firm' who have confirmed their promotion to the Premier Division for next season, the race for the title is on.

Team of the week for this week is 'Dudley Warriors'. After a difficult season they have started to put some goo results together just at the right time. Next up they will be looking to upset the apple cart against 'That Peter Crouch Team', can they keep the run going with only two weeks left?
