STOURBRIDGE SUNDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 14TH MAY

All the latest news for the Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side League is direct from Stourbridge Rugby Club.

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Stourbridge Sunday League with all teams in attendance as expected.

We also welcomed new team 'Baggies Babes' who put in a good showing for their first game. We wish them all the best moving forward in the league!

Game of the night this week goes to the first game of the night between 'Don't Tell Stella' and 'I Like That'. Two of the teams looking to be at the higher end of the table squared off in a brilliant 3 goal thriller that saw 'Don't Tell Stella' come out on top 2-1 and therefore sit second after week three of the season and one of three to yet drop a point. It will be interesting to see if these teams can serve up another cracker when they meet again later in the season.

One of the three unbeaten teams 'Real SoSoBad' are our team of the week as they ran out comfortable winners over 'Phoenix FC' to go top in the league. They will be looking to build on this in the weeks to come as they look to retain the title they took at the end of last season.
