Thrilling Week 9 Action in Stourbridge Sunday Football League

Stourbridge Sunday's 6-a-side Football League delivered another instalment of thrilling football last night, with some nail-biting finishes and stellar individual performances in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, the night kicked off with an intense encounter between Here For Beer and Real Sosobad, with the latter emerging victorious in a tightly contested 3-2 win. Blackheath Unathletic turned up the heat, overpowering X FC in a decisive 5-2 match. The drama continued as Stourbridge Olympic faced off against I Like That, ending in a narrow 4-3 victory for I Like That. The night concluded with Withy Regens outscoring Stourbridge Old Boys in a thrilling 5-3 game.

Over in Division 1, Stourbridge Zebra secured a comfortable 3-1 victory against Kewford Old Eagles, while The Merry Men and Hardly Athletic battled it out to a 3-3 draw. Gangsters Allardyce and Pique Blinders had a thrilling encounter, and the former edged out the latter in a 5-4 victory. Graces All Stars closed out the night with a 6-4 victory over Balotelli-Tubbies.
