In the world of Sunday football, the Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side league is heating up as it concludes its ninth week. As the players jostle for supremacy, the fans were treated to a spectacle of skill, strategy, and pure sporting drama.

Unfortunately, we did have a couple of non-attendances on the night, these teams were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them both this week in order to confirm their return for next Sunday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League division, the night was dominated by some impressive performances. I Like That claimed a narrow victory over Blackheath Unathletic with a 1-0 win. Meanwhile, Graces All Stars snatched a thrilling victory against X FC with a 3-2 scoreline. However, the highlight of the division was Stourbridge Old Boys who fired on all cylinders to defeat Net Six N Chill with an impressive 6-2 scoreline.

Shifting focus to Division 1, Six Offenders stole the show with a big victory over Hardly Athletic. Inter Yurmammy also eked out a win against First The Points Then The Pints with a 3-2 finish. The clash between Stourbridge Zebra and Top Bins FC ended in a 3-0 victory for Top Bins FC.

In Division 2, Balotelli-Tubbies delivered an exceptional performance, outclassing Pique Blinders with a dominant victory. Oldcastle United edged past Young Boys with a 2-1 scoreline, and Kewford Old Eagles emerged victorious over Multiple Scorgasms with a 6-3 triumph. Real Sosobad also managed to secure a win against The Merry Men with a 3-1 finish.
