Play in the Stourbridge Sunday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side football league delighted fans last night with another round of thrilling matches. As we reached week 13 of the season, the competition remained fierce across all divisions

Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Six Offenders were not present for their game and have been removed from the league due to the fact they have now had two unauthorized absences in a row. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

There was also an incident on the night in the game between Young Boys and Multiple Scorgasms where a player from Young Boys got carded for adopting an aggressive nature. The player in question has been fined and banned subsequently for there actions. These incidents will be dealt with swiftly by the area manager every time they happen at our leagues to ensure that the league is running as safely as possible.

In the Premier League, Stourbridge Old Boys emerged as the dominating force after an impressive 8-3 win over X FC. Other notable matches included a draw between Net Six N Chill and Blackheath Unathletic, and a win for Withy Regens over Graces All Stars. Stourbridge Olympic also scraped past I Like That beating them 2-1.

Tensions were high in Division 1 as well. Top Bins FC thrilled in a  6-6 draw against Real Ale Madrid. Meanwhile, Inter Yurmammy took home a decisive victory against 60k, and First The Points Then The Pints outlasted Hardly Athletic for a 6-4 win.

The action in Division 2 was equally exciting.Young Boys had a  staggering victory over Multiple Scorgasms. Balotelli-Tubbies also impressed with a 7-3 win over Kewford Old Eagles, while Oldcastle United managed to secure a narrow win against The Merry Men. Finally, Real SoSoBad outclassed Pique Blinders in a big win.

As the Stourbridge Sunday League continues, fans can only anticipate the action and drama that future weeks will bring. Will the top teams maintain their dominant positions, or will the underdogs rise to the challenge? Only time will tell.
