In the thrilling world of local football, the Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side league reached its 7th week with plenty of action on the field. The competition, spread across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, witnessed an abundance of skills, goals, and excitement.

Unfortunately, There was an incident on the night in the game between Inter Yurmammy and First The Points Then The Pints  where a player from Inter Yurmammy got sent off during the game for abusive language towards the match official. The player in question has been fined and banned for their actions. These incidents will be dealt with swiftly by the area manager every time they happen at our leagues to ensure that the league is running as safely as possible.

In the Premier League division, The Points Then The Pints secured a comfortable 4-1 victory over Inter Yurmammy. However, Withy Regens, with a 4-2 win against The Onlygrowers, stole the show. Graces All Stars also brushed Stourbridge Olympic aside winning 2-0.

Moving on to Division 1, Real Ale Madrid edged out Real Sosobad with a 4-3 win in an intense game.  X FC also displayed an impressive performance, outplaying Top Bins FC with a score of 5-1, whereas Oldcastle United secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Hardly Athletic.

Division 2 gifted fans with a goal feast as Sheffield Sunday decimated Pique Blinders with a big victory. Kewford Old Eagles had a  5-4 win against The Merry Men. While, Young Boys comfortably beat Balotelli-Tubbies 5-1. Finally, Pain In Diaz beat 60k 3-2 in the last game of the evening. 

With such electrifying performances, the Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side league has proven to be a hotbed for local football talent. As the season progresses, spectators eagerly wait for more such exciting games, goals, and individual brilliance.
