In the heart of the Stourbridge Sunday Football League, an exciting week 10 unfolded with thrills, spills, and a generous helping of goals. The league witnessed some incredible performances across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, which have left fans and players eagerly anticipating the next round of fixtures.
Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Top Bins FC were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them this week in order to confirm their return for next Sunday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.
In the Premier League, Graces All Stars fell short against I Like That in a 5-1 defeat, while The Onlygrowers were unable to make their mark on the game, losing 0-4 to First The Points Then The Pints, Demonstrating impressive finesse.
Over in Division 1, X FC pulled off a comfortable 3-0 win against Oldcastle United, and there was a goal fest when Real Ale Madrid took on Hardly Athletic, ending in a staggering victory for Real Ale Madrid. In contrast, Real Sosobad and Ragarse Rovers had a closely contested match that ended 2-1 in favor of Real Sosobad.
In Division 2, The Merry Men were defeated 4-1 by Sheffield Sunday while 60k secured a narrow 6-5 victory against Pique Blinders. Balotelli-Tubbies kept a clean sheet in their win over Pain In Diaz, and Kewford Old Eagles fell 5-3 to Young Boys.
