In the thrilling ninth week of the Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side football league, teams across three divisions - Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, battled it out in a series of riveting matches.

In the Premier League, Ragarse Rovers put up a stellar performance, trouncing X FC. Meanwhile, 'I Like That' scored an impressive 3-1 victory over 'Inter Yurmammy'. The clash between 'Real Ale Madrid' and 'Withy Regens' ended with the latter dominating the game, winning 4-0.

Moving to Division 1, Stourbridge Olympic managed to eke out a 1-0 victory against Top Bins FC. The match between BellyTubbies FC and Young Boys was a goal-fest, ending in a 4-2 triumph for the Young Boys. Snort Vale also proved superior against Real Sosobad, clinching a 4-1 victory.

In Division 2, Pique Blinders could not withstand the onslaught from Balotelli-Tubbies who won the match 5-3. The Merry Men outsmarted Pain In Diaz 3-1 while Hardly Athletic narrowly lost to 60k, 2-1. Sheffield Sunday showcased their dominance with an emphatic victory over Bayer Neverlusen.

This week's matches were an exhibition of skills, strategy, and sportsmanship which left football enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the next round of this electrifying league.

The league is now OFF for Easter Sunday this week and will return Sunday 12th April 2026. We wish all players, officials and there families a wonderful Easter and see you all when we return.
