Stourbridge Tuesday Football League Thrills Fans with Exciting Week 4 Matches

Stourbridge, 29/8/23 - The Stourbridge Tuesday Football League continued its thrilling action last night as teams battled it out in week 4 of the season. The matches showcased the incredible talent and skill on display across all four divisions: Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.

Unfortunately two teams were not present for the second week in a row as 'Unbelievable Tekkers' and 'Lads on Toure' did not show. As per the terms and conditions both teams will now be removed from the league and replaces by teams that will be committed to play week in and week out. It is paramount all teams are present for there fixtures each and every week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your Area Manager in plenty of time in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each and every week.

In more positive news, in the Premier League, Hold That FC narrowly edged out Lenton Orient with a 4-2 victory, while The Galacticos dominated Murder On Zidanes Floor with an impressive 12-3 win. 

Division 1 witnessed a series of exciting clashes as Balotelli-Tubbies defeated Fenny Football Club 7-2, Yatesys VI secured a 2-0 victory over Gangsters Allardyce, and Six Offenders FC faced a tough challenge against Two Goals One Cup, who emerged triumphant with a resounding win.

In Division 2, BdEx Boys showcased their dominance with a commanding 5-0 victory over FC Resonance, while Growler Out FC triumphed over Gary Neville Is A Legend with a 3-1 scoreline. HAS Bins and Goobz FC played out a thrilling 2-2 draw. 

Division 3 provided its fair share of excitement as Genoa-cide secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Any Holes A Goal, and Saka Potatoes displayed their attacking prowess with a convincing 5-1 win against I Only Put Matip In.

The league also recognized the outstanding performances of teams across all divisions, with The Galacticos being named as the most team of the week after there dominant performance on the night. With this win they are sitting top of the Premier League again and looking to build on this for the rest of the season, next up Lenton Orient, can they keep this run going?
