Stourbridge Tuesday 6-a-side Football League Showcases Thrilling Week 5 Matches

Stourbridge, 5/9/23 - The Stourbridge Tuesday 6-a-side Football League continued to dazzle spectators with an exhilarating display of skill and determination in its fifth week of the season. With teams from the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 taking center stage, fans were treated to a captivating night of football action.

In the Premier League, The Boy In Striped Wanyamas went head-to-head against Hold That FC in a nail-biting encounter that ended with a 5-4 victory for Hold That FC. Meanwhile, Murder On Zidanes Floor showcased their dominance with a convincing 3-1 victory over Swanky FC. The Galacticos, delivered a remarkable triumph against Lenton Orient.

In Division 1, the intensity remained high as Two Goals One Cup secured a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Balotelli-Tubbies, while Gangsters Allardyce narrowly defeated Six Offenders FC with a 2-1 score line. Yatesys VI showcased their prowess with a thrilling 3-2 win against Fenny Football Club.

Division 2 saw Goobz FC fall short against BdEx Boys, who emerged victorious with a 3-1 win. Gary Neville Is A Legend displayed their skills and determination with a 4-2 triumph over HAS Bins, while Growler Out FC secured a tight 2-1 victory against FC Resonance. 

In Division 3, Innocent Till Proven Gylfi showcased their attacking prowess with a 5-3 win against Any Holes A Goal. I Only Put Matip In faced a tough challenge against Decrepit Red Lion, ultimately succumbing to a 5-2 defeat. Genoa-cide secured a close 2-1 victory over Saka Potatoes. 

Furthermore, the league recognized BdEx Boys as the team of the week. The team's exceptional performance and contributions were truly commendable and the reason they sit top of Division Two after week five of the season. Next up Growler Out FC, who will come out on top?
