ANOTHER BRILLIANT NIGHT AS THE HALFWAY STAGE NEARS!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Stourbridge Tuesday League with all teams in attendance as expected. 

Unfortunately we did have one non-attendance as 'Goals Aloud' were not present for their fixture and failed to notify the Area Manager. They have since confirmed there return next week. It is paramount all teams are present each and every week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible week in and week out, if this is not possible all teams MUST contact the area manager out of curtesy to your opponents.

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the game between 'Real Madras' and 'Is It Half Time Yet?'. It was a tight affair that could have gone either way but it was 'Is It Half Time Yet?' who were able to come out with the 3-2 win. With this result they climb up to second in the league and are looking good as the second half of the season nears.

The game of the night in Division One was between 'Stourbridge Olympic' and 'Winlot Rangers'. In a very tight league this fixture proved another cracker as although a low scoring game could have gone either way but it was 'Stourbridge Olympic' who came out as 1-0 winners. Four points splits 1st to 7th in Division One with one game to go until halfway, who will be on top of this league come the end of the season?

Team of the week has to be 'Troey's Rentboys' with their brilliant 3-0 victory over 'Who Ate All Depays'. They have not lost since the first game of the season and are now one point clear of the rest in Division One, next up 'FC Celta', who will come out on top?
